Welcome to Candid Conversations! This introduction course will provide you with an overview of the Candid Conversations (CC) program, introduce you to PSC's Values in Action, and prepare you for the CC program. This is a blended leadership program with monthly online trainings and small group coaching conversations for nominated PSC employees. The online training modules are open for all PSC employees to review and learn from beyond the program schedule.
