This course is part of the Candid Conversations program, and it reviews the PSC Value in Action - Conquer Conflict. You will learn how to foster a culture of open debate, idea-sharing, to encourage diverse opinions and bring your team/direct reports through a decision-making process. To reduce conflict and build team cohesion, we need you to encourage your employees to voice their perspectives and contribute to solutions.
